What can't I order?+
Anything banned or restricted under Nigerian import rules, plus hazardous goods and weapons. We check every item before quoting.
How is the price calculated?+
Your quote includes the item price, US handling, international shipping, customs duty and VAT, clearing, last-mile delivery and our service fee. Every line is shown, and the exchange rate is locked for 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?+
Air and sea estimates both show on your quote, based on what's in your cart. You can track each item once it ships.
Where do you deliver?+
Lagos and Abuja at launch, with other cities to follow. Tell us your city when you sign up so we know where to expand.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?+
Items are inspected and photographed in the US before shipping and insured in transit. If something is wrong, we handle the return or claim with the US seller for you.
Do I pay anything now?+
No. Reserving is free. You pay only when you accept your quote after launch.
I'm buying for my business. What do I get?+
Pro-forma and VAT-compliant invoices, multi-user approvals, payment by bank transfer, maintenance cover on equipment and the option to finance eligible equipment over 1 to 12 months.
